my condo is in gramercy. i've been living in different areas of gramercy/chelsea since i moved into the city after i graduated. it's been a great neighborhood from my single bachelor days through my young married couple w kid days. i'm definitely gonna miss this place when i finally accept one of these bids.

Yeah. All my friends work in finance/investment banking and moved there after graduation too. I've visited 3 times since they moved there in July and I really like it a lot. Their spot is pretty nice too.
My dumb ass in marketing unlike them.
