Unfortunately, that's not how this works.
Disgruntled simps can't compel the women they've been simping to upgrade them out of the friendzone into BF status just because they've played their role so well.
Likewise, women that are "situationship"-status can't compel the men they're "seeing" to upgrade them to GF status just because they've played their role.
This is not age-restricted, so maturity has nothing to do with it.
All anyone can do is establish their boundaries, make them known, and cut their losses when they are violated.
