i'd be happy to leave that stuff there and start fresh in my new house, but they're gonna have to compensate me w something. there are 3 rooms (living room and 2 bed rooms) fully in-wall wired w hdmi cables, surround sound stereo wiring, receivers, speakers, blu ray players, tvs etc... i don't expect full reimbursement for my investment but that shyt ain't free . my lawyer is actually one of my good friends and he just called when he got the deal sheet from the brokers and he saw that in the comments field. he was lhao because he knew i was going to blow up. now i literally have to go thru my apt and create a rider which specifically itemizes everything that is NOT included because these sneaky fukkers.
