just off reading this thread, i feel like i know some of you better than i know family/friends

Like I said earlier, I've been sleeping with one of those sleeping masks that cover your eyes.
I was dreaming about something with economics and the Chinese
Then all of the sudden I felt a warm splash
I thought it was a dribble, until I went to the bathroom to finish the job... My whole drawers were wet and a section of my sheet measuring with a circumference of about 6inches was wet and warm.
I swear I thought "it was all a dream"

Where's the men's hygeine thread? Not sure where to post this. 30/Male/Bronx, Had acne as a teen, and adult. Mom's has adult acne too.
Been using proactive plus (latest version of proactive) and it makes me look like I have a glow and clean, however, it doesn't cure acne. It cost 44 dollars a month (can modify to cost 34 a month, but still ...), so it's crazy to keep it up, I switching to prescriptions cause it's only 6 dollars a month and may have better results. Aczone in morning, Tazorac at night.
I have oily and sensitive skin, Half Black, Half Puerto Rican. What's the best face wash I should use, would suspect that's important. Thinking either Black soap or Regular Neutrogena, but those are two way different products?

How bad is it? If its just kinda bad but not you need medication bad the 1st thing I'd suggest is drink lots and lots of water to the point were that's all your drinking and you pee its crystal clear almost. Next with one of those bottle of water take Apple cider vinegar in it everyday ( I believe its a teaspoon to per 20oz, but look it up) or you can get apple cider vinegar pills which don't work as well but still work good.
Next I recommend using this brand of black soap on your skin everyday or every other day.
After you shower make sure to moisturize your skin with some from of lotion, I use jergens shea butter and it works wonders, you want to use a lotion with shea butter thats key.
Finally invest in some of these and use one everyday either in the morning or before bed.
If you drink alot of cold drinks or sugary drinks cut back on them heavily, you dont have to stop but a coke should be a once MAYBE twice a week thing, you really wont have the space for them anyway once you start drinking water like you should.

Acne isn't horrible currently, it's the best it's been in years, just get spots here and there randomly, so not sure if Proactive is really working or if it's merely the fact that I make healthier decisions that's clearing me up. Def. not worth that price.How bad is it? My water intake varies, sometimes it's the recommended amount, other days it's nothing. Heard about ACV, doctor told me it doesn't work, but a lot of people swear by it and say it does wonders for many things.
Rarely drink soda, but eat Mexican food twice a week, and more coffee than I should. Sleep is great, hygiene is great, but stress levels have been up.

I can't say yes or no on that, but its like 2-3 bucks a bar. Wouldn't hurt to give it a shot

I ended up spending my tax returns on my car and gave cash to my mom too. Imma have to pay off my card though cause the PS4 here costs around $600.Then again, I am traveling soon
