I plan on eating only baked chicken breast and my smoothies for the next 2 weeks cuz it's bout to go down after that.
Got a potluck and an luncheon before thanksgiving, then I plan on doing the diet again for 3 weeks then another potluck, 2 Christmas parties and then NY. Do it for another 2 weeks and then my birthday
