Go to my friends bday party and I'm sitting next to a girl my age who I had a small fling with but we didn't work out, I think I just wasn't mature enough tbh.

Anyway I'm getting up, offer to buy her a drink after she asks me if she could give me money to get her something. So I do it, and then we're talking she asks me if I had a job and I said no, she asked my friend who she knows as well and then says "y'all ain't shyt". I corrected her asap, like you don't know what's going on in my life, I just got back from Europe while you're complaining of working at 0630 in an office I was working outside at 0400.

Anyway, after I correct her she offers to get me a drink, then my friends cousin and I are talking, I've always had a crush on her since I was in middle school. We're getting on good, making her smile and laugh, then the other girl comes up on my opposite side to make me turn away from my friends cousin and notice her and then when my friends cousin wants to ask me questions she wants act like she owns me and answer them.

Then later on that night they go on to both say black men ain't ish.
