Truth of the matter is that I am afraid.

Usually that what it boils down too. A as man ( no dame dash lol) that has probably been the hardest thing to admit to myself when facing certain obstacles, the last year has been ruff and I have been taking care of everyone and everything but myself.

But alot of my internal struggles have been simply because I was afraid to face and be honest about certain truths, which in turn lead to denial, resentment and confusion.
