I'll be happy when the database team realizes they aren't as smart as they think they are. Instead of asking the client for a standardized file format they have taken on the motto "If you give us the data we can do the rest". So they spend countless hours doing data mapping BUT most of them have no previous healthcare experience so they can't tell a claim ID from a provider ID and they always fukk it up. When you're on your 5th client, implementation should be pretty seamless.

Ok so just finished the "10 page" essay. I just said fukk it and did 8 pages and bumped the font to 14.

Now we have the 7 page and 5 page essay left. With about 36 hours left to do it. Let's go.

I'm trying to help myself The good thing is I'm meeting more people who are actually doing it so I have some role models. I really can't do this anymore or I need to find a company that actually has structure and rules. These people meet all day and then wonder why nothing is done.
