I'm sad you feel that way. There is a way you can be social without getting extremely personal. Just like with relationships you have to move through different levels before you call them a friend. If you never take the time to be social with anyone that can never happen.

I don't know why men feel the need to call other men for foolishness. Especially for something that doesn't need to be talked about. I text my boy asking if we going bowling this week and he decided to call me.

I text him back asking why he's calling on a yes or no question and he's all like wtf is your problem. My problem is I ain't trying to be on the phone with another man especially when I'm at work. Chatty patty Motherfukkers need to get their heads straight. That's just one of my pet peeves.

Yeah I texted him so he could text me back. Not to call me back. I don't need to have a full blown conversation with someone else when I asked one question. I text you, yo we hanging out tonight? Then you text back yes or no. Then later I'll get back to you with the logistics. I would've called if I wanted to talk. Some just don't like talking on the phone too much, especially when it's unnecessary.
