serious question.

I am looking to buy this $1.4 mill apartment as an investment. 1 problem, how can a breh secure the loan from the bank? I got perfect credit, but I want to set up a LLC and make it my real estate business. But I doubt the bank would give me the loan I can put up 50k, and probably another 100k from my breh's. But Someone said usually the bank looks for 30% down for a investment property (about 420k in this case). . Any ideas on how to secure the loan? or is it not even realistic to consider?

I do all this work on this app, send an email with the file location, now granted I didn't add the entire path, just the drive letter and folder. This mofo does updates on a completely different application. Not to mention this is just a "demo" app. Why go through so much work when we're only going to show it to people. They mentioned having people "play around in the app" and I'm like, well the data isn't even correct. Every other word would be "IF the data were here, we could show you xyz perspective".

U coding UI for an app? Using dummy data is important, I will say that. Especially if the users have different security rights/views etc, because once you show someone something with real data and its wrong (or their security rights were wrong, showing them data they shouldn't have access to, you cant take that back)

Maybe cuz I work in Compensation, where employee pay is confidential, we always use dummy data when developing an application, refreshing an app for the next year, or conducting training sessions

You need more investors, banks ain't playing with these loans. Or you got anyone who will loan you the balance, you'll be paying off two loans with that, but you get your building. ..,how many units is the building? I know here in cali the most units you can buy and still be considered residential is 4, I did that, you can still go FHA with that and do 3%. Maybe start smaller breh and work your way up, save that extra capital and whatever income you pull from the smaller building to flip for a larger project.

The demo is for internal clients so it's not a need to keep info confidential. The biggest issue is with fake data is the formulas in the back end. A graphic that is showing trends by month looks ugly when it's only one month of data available :heh:

Or the charts that compare one year to the next is broken because it's only one year of data. Stuff like that.
