My little cousin quit his day job and started his trucking business, pretty proud of the dude for actually making it happen, now he's seeing a profit of about 2k a week.

White breh in my real estate class is the shyt. Son just throwing out mad legit advice about real estate. He bought a 4 unit building for $60k and turned around and sold it for $119k 6 days later and that was just one deal.

It's funny because he doesn't give a fukk about giving me advice because he knows I don't have he money to be on his level lmao!! Just soaking up info at this point.
