hmm so Im transfering to a 2 bedroom in my current complex when my lease is up, I want a second floor spot, however; if I get the vacancy on the 3rd floor I can save $45 in rent, decisions decisions. Think im just going to go with the second floor, dont really want to be going all the way up to the 3rd floor

Now I just have to get ready for moving prep, gotta go through what I dont need and toss it so its less I have to move. Have to find a cleaning company to do up my old spot so I can get my deposit back

You only have to do reasonable cleaning. As long as nothing is broken you're good. Also they owe you your deposit PLUS interest and if they try to say there were damages, they can only charge you for actual repairs not an estimate.

thanks for the heads up, you would think since Ive been a resident of this apartment complex for 7 yrs and will be remaining here (im just going up to a 2 bedroom) they would be generous but you know how these apartment places can be

Nothing is broken there are some spots on the wall that needs touch up pain and def needs new carpet but other than that no holes or damages
