I hate interviews. Last one, the interviewer boosted me up about how I was a good candidate then a week later sent an email turning me down.
Found out the person they hired got caught up building a booster network with their friends and got fired. All this within a month smmfh.

Been there. You get solid rapport with the interviewer, leaving the shyt damn near friends...work history right...and they still move on to someone else.shyt burns.
