Yeah just have her create a paypal account, find a check and link that checking number to that paypal account. From there on out you can send money directly from your bank to her paypal account no fee's

That would probably be the easiest way, basically just get her banking info/checking info setup her an account and send and confirm yourself.

I go to the bank with their info (acct number, address, phone number...basic info the bank asks for)
You could also get that info and set her up a paypal so the money can still go directly into her acct and she doesn't have to do anything on her end.
