Yo I suck at running, bad. After about a min and a half im burned out. I got no clue how people pace themselves to run full miles and more. Running full speed and jogging wear me out at the same pace...idk why.


So I just run a min and a half and walk a min and a half. Ran two miles today and thought I was gonna die. :russ:

you need to get your endurance and stamina up thats all plus you are probably thinking about how much you dont want to run while you are running. I dont like to run, but I do 4 days a week. When Im thinking about random things I do so much better, I usually run 2 miles but could run more but I like to run with people rather than solo

I really want to work on getting my stamina up I've literally been like this as far as I can remember back. I've always hated running though, unless it was a short sprints.


I'm going to look into what you can do to increase your run stamina, getting winded after a quarter of a mile is not whats up.
