Figured I was pretty young so I haven't got it checked out or anything and thought maybe it was just side effects from my medicine
It runs in my family get that shyt checked up ...its more common in women though

I believe I do. Hypothyroidism. I have a benign goiter and my levels always show normal in tests but I've been noticing some weird symptoms and after googling I concluded that's what it could be.Any brehs got thyroid problems? It runs in my family but been having some symptoms associated with it

Im going to start eliminating some stuff from my diet before I make a doctors appointment though. I started with caffeine and I have a book that tells you what foods you should eat or cut out based on different conditions so I'm going to follow that as well.
That's interesting, I got rid of caffeine about a year ago but it's just made me drop more weight
The part that bothers me the most is the lack of energy/weakness
What is your diet like? Changing it up a bit might help. This book suggests a diet mainly consisting of green leafy veggies and seafood. It also suggests getting more iodine in the diet because that's what the thyroid used to function. I used to be heavy into juicing and smoothies so I will try that again just to get more veggies in my diet. The juicer is just a pain to clean.
