Lol, you really ready to get out of there. Can't blame you, I'm in the same boat. Our closing should take place Friday or Saturday.
May have to pay rent for an extra month til they find another person to take our spot. Unfortunately that's $3K on an empty apartment.

I already had to jog my memory to make sure I even mailed because I knew I had been busy. But I remember distinctly remember diddy bopping to the office mailbox, so it was mailed for sure. My settlement is scheduled for Friday as well and I just found out my title agent has been out because her husband is terminal and was told he had less than a few weeks to live and she wanted to be home with him
. Whole time I was mad and thinking this heifer was just being unresponsive. 
I think my mom and dad are about to buy a house for me and It's literally up the street from their place tho 
idk about this lolBreh! So Geico took my insurance up like $200+ over 6 months. It was $300+ but it came down because of the Home Owners policy. So I'm doing all these online quotes and thought I had something legit with Esurance, but turns out they were only quoting me for liability. 
Their shyt, was higher than Geico's!! So of course I start crying because I don't want to pay that fukking much and I'm just stressed out in general. Hung up on the lil hoe from Geico and everything 
Good news is Progressive looks like it may be the move. I re did the online quote like 3 times and even called a rep LMAO! She was like "So you just want to make sure the number you're seeing online is correct?" But the way she said it made me feel like I was slow, like I can't read numbers or something. Also when I bundled, both rates were cheaper so after settlement, I'm going to give them a call.

I finish peeing and turn to go towards the sinks. The guy in the urinals behind me turns his head and asks if I speak Spanish. I say yeah and he says he's selling the chain he's wearing. I tell him I'm good and already have one on.
I need to head towards the exit.
