I gave him a month. It's been 2weeks and he wants me to guzzle smoothies and eat alot of eggs and fish. I told him I don't like any of those and to create me another meal plan, otherwise I'll stick to whats been working for me.them trainers be trying to slow drag the fukk outta clients to keep taking your money
I might as well stick to doing it on my own if I have to explain shyt like this every few days.





when i told him drinking 2-3 smoothies/juices a day isn't good for the body. I'd be lethagic as shyt trying to do that AND workout.
