I found two more potential leads on the real estate tip. My daughter's friend's mom said she was interested in down sizing her current home and my little Indian friend from the gas station said he wanted to buy a home soon. I have two more friends that are looking as well but don't have a set date. This is kind of exciting.

Anyone know of any sites that have goofy urban (black lol) adult discussions? This site is becoming a little too juvenile/repetitive and it seems like a bunch of WP mocking BP or people trying waaaay too hard to be funny. I still find things funny but most of the stuff is obviously bad for the psyche (I would say just my psyche but I don't see how anyone can be unaffected by a lot of the content, even if it's just jokes). Reddit can sometimes be cool but it's full of juvenile racist (from around the world ) . Where can a regular pro black (was pretty radical as a teen but I've learned that indirect anger gets you no where) guy go for a decent discussion that doesn't have to do with overly (a little isn't too bad ) lusting/worshiping women and black on black fighting? Or maybe, just maybe, I'm getting too old
