Why folks get in these natural waters without life jackets is beyond me. I'm not saying they deserve to die but they ain't doing the common sense thing to prevent it
I budgeted $5000 just to make some basic updates/repairs to the house. The kitchen updates ate clean into most of that and I had some plumbing stuff that came up in my inspection that the sellers gave me money for that I'm getting taken care of tomorrow. Then I just want to paint and I should be good to go for now. I need new windows and I have 14 total . My yard is partially fenced so I got a quote and that shyt was $3500 because my neighbors all have vinyl fences and I wanted to match so it wouldn't look stupid. So I said fukk that fence 
If I had to put out money, I'd do the windows before a fence for sure.
