My roomie has some workman's comp stuff going on so I went to the leasing office to see if they would give me some additional paperwork to give to the attorney. Now I know I had the lease but I wanna to go any way and just bother the manger. The manager is such an old wrinkled white bytch but for some reason I still wanted to talk to her. I'm glad I did. In the process of her trying to tell me "no" she revealed that I have been over paying rent for over a year. Turns rent to under $300 for May. So roomie will be using the check that is suppose to cover rent for next month's rent and cover this month since it's so low. Ya girl got 2 months "free" rent . Perfect. The manager starting lying like shyt telling "We sent notices." It's all good though. This shyt is right on time.
