My kitchen contractor didn't work out so someone recommended me a new guy...white guy. The difference between him and the black dude I was working with:
White dude says he will be here at 8, he gets here at 7:30 so he can start work at 8. Black dude says 8 and calls me at 8:30 to say he'll be here at 10am. Wasn't tripping because he was coming from DC but then that was the excuse every time he was late. Hate to do it but gotta give points to whitey. I just want to get this shyt done. Not to mention charging $300 less for the finished product which left room for buying a garbage disposal and some paint for trim.
White dude was also giving me mad ideas about how to save money and what I can do myself. Black dude kept telling me "leave that to the professionals". I called him yesterday to square away what's been done he gonna try to say he's coming to pick up a piece of drywall he left
Breh I gave you $1000, you bought materials for THIS project, you're not getting anything back. Then he hung up on me. 
old me would have blew his voicemail up with hatred. Instead I told him I appreciated his work thus far, detailed the money i paid out and how I felt he was fully compensated for work and materials thus far and kept it moving.

I hope I find a black dude seriously but I won't front like this guy ain't legit. He's gotten more shyt done in nearly 3 hours than them nikkas did in 3 days. Plus him and his son and law are working. With the other dudes one nikka would be working and the other would be "supporting".
