So after attending this orientation for the board of realtors on Friday, I became disgusted with real estate. I mean I don't really want to sell houses like that. I don't have a problem helping someone buy a home though. So I was looking at some other areas of real estate and I'm going for a transaction coordinator. Basically I would be doing all the grunt work, like calling lenders, making sure the sellers are getting the right documents and stuff like that, but I'm not the agent. I did some research and some companies charge $300 per transaction for these services 
I applied with this one company and asked for a fraction of that but I know they do a lot of real estate transactions so it could add up. I'll keep looking at other areas too. My goal is to make at least $25k doing the real estate. I'm really aiming for a six figure income next year. It's so much I need to with my money and areas I need to catch up on. I'm looking for a new full-time job too.
