I've been running (on and off) for the last week and I can tell the legit change in my mind and body.
Its pretty crazy, I don't even run that much or long... just a mile or two on and off. I have like no stamina though, I can sprint like a mad man.... I need to find out what my speed is. I can tell I'm mad fast tho.
If I keep this up as well as the gym 3 days a week.
