Ok so my friend came back. She literally waited weeks to tell me she was back. So 3 nights ago I text her that we're in the same vicinity since I seen her on snapchat. Not only did she not come see me, she flat out told me 'no' and didn't reply afterwards.

I cut people off too easily in my opinion. She said she'd be really busy but idk.

Might just cut her out of my life and plans.
