Worst online application process ever but it's with a big medical system here so I'm not tripping too much...today anyway. I was frustrated last night. I'm looking for a larger company so that I can change positions without having to change companies. No more small companies for me. I really do feel I'll get the salary I want and soon. The minimum salary I'd consider is already way more than enough to be comfortable so anything above that is good.

I'm appreciative for all the people that shared their salaries with me. I remember this woman put me on to a job and was straight like "Don't take any less than $50/hr for it" and that's kind of been my go to rate ever since...I haven't gotten it yet though but I don't think I've been applying for the right positions to command it either. I'm switching up my whole strategy over the upcoming weeks. Can't be fukking around anymore.
