Am I the only one that thinks meal prep is nasty? I mean "menu prep" where you know what you're going to cook/eat for the week is one thing, but actually cooking food and allotting it out for the week, I can't do. I don't like leftovers like that so I'm not going to eat cooked food that's more than 2-3 days old. Especially fish. It's a Sunday, you really gonna reheat some fish you cooked 4 days later? Gross

Thats why I could never touch meal prep.

I don't eat leftovers past the 2nd day.

I don't like reheating foods in the microwave.
