I love you, you know.
I should cut my toenails more often.
I follow him on YouTube. His work isn't as great as he'd like to think. This young lady has better locs than I've ever seen on one of his clients. Her repair is better. No weave required.

Combing out locs can be done but takes forever and comes with breakage.I never knew that yall re-attach hair. I mean it makes sense. But I always thought you could eventually get your hair straightened. I believe I saw a woman with locs before have her hair a certain length and went to a salon and came out with it straight. I wonder if that was real.
?@Amy Traphouse is that you?
Nah mines are good. What made you transition to locs? That's my stylist
Dude is amazing with the dreads.

They were real. She had them for years. It was long too.Ummm were they real locs or the fake kind? You can get fake locs with real hair to make them look natural but likely she had the fake joints.
You can take out locs but it will take you a LONG time. Probably a month if you work on it every day but you will lose a lot of hair in the process.
After a certain length you might get some breakage b/c of friction. The girl in the video has locs past her butt so they probably get caught in things. But if your hair is breaking at shorter lengths you probably need to take better care of your hair.
I have yet to break a loc though. I am going on 2 years and my hair is past my arm pit. I don't see any signs of weakening but if I ever break one yep I'll braid that bad boy right back on.
