Me and my mom have got two together (once a year). It's not good to get it done repeatedly in a year because you will do too much cleansing and it can make it to the point that you are constipated for long periods of time and won't be able to poop. It does more damage than good. It wipes out the "good" bacteria. I do use enemas and detox more often than that though.

The worst thing for someone like me is when I feel forced to cut ties with someone I love so much. I've had to do it to a couple people. I still miss them sometimes but I will never contact them. That feeling is eh. I want them to deal with what they did and I want it to eat at them every day.

When ppl cross you you're pretty much done with them. I know as humans we're supposed to forgive people but a lot shyt people do to others is just unforgivable.
