I still prefer the first Sonic Riders over this one. But damn did the music go hard in this

It depends on what you're cooking. If it's wings or legs/drumsticks then it is normal
It's the marrow bleeding out the bone and that's normal. Just make sure the meat isn't raw pink and tough not rubbery
Also if you temp check 165 F is the safe temp
