I'm not going to the gym for two months. What are some foods guaranteed to help me gain weight? Not really a huge fan of sugar so I'm not necessarily including that. Plus sugar intake is awful for my skin.

Along those lines, I'm going to get on birth control soon to help.

Steak? I eat a lot of red meat but I'm considering taking that out of my diet.

Steak can be an option, I gave general answers so you can feel like you have freedom in choices. The only way I can think of gaining weight in a healthy manner without eating sugar (no sugar? Seriously? Smh) would be bulking up on proteins and carbs.

My personal favorites: fish is good protein same as chicken, breads and pastas and grains are good carbs to eat alot

Steak can be an option, I gave general answers so you can feel like you have freedom in choices. The only way I can think of gaining weight in a healthy manner without eating sugar (no sugar? Seriously? Smh) would be bulking up on proteins and carbs.

Sounds like my diet already.
And yeah I'm not a huge sugar fan, I can only eat plain cereal, I don't like cake or candy. I like some chocolate and gummy candy. My real sugar addiction is soda but I have a control on that because I rarely drink it, it's more of a treat for me.

I eat a lot already, I have dinner with my family and my mother cooks soul food every Sunday, my metabolism is just lit
