Hannibal syndrome.

Believe it or not, one of the reasons why a majority of us don't do talk therapy..Well, that and because of certain medical providers not covering it anymore. You have to ride a fine line of being detached enough to not let all of the issues weigh on you but also attached to a point where you can lead and discern the issues out of conversations that are typically emotionally charged and scattered.
