Im letting a lot of shyt go just for the sake of my mental health. All the jealousy, anger, confusion...just gone
Yeah a lot of your issues from what I see is in your head. You're not ugly at all & guys on here thirst on you even though you still don't put yourself out there. I saw a lot of people on here complimenting you yesterday and the day before but I think it's still uncomfortable for you to accept. Your validation doesn't come from a man. Those couples you and Regine post - aren't perfect. They can break up today. Then it's 3 or 4 years down the drain. One of those people could be entertaining or cheating on the other or want to. Don't put faith in a man. You will forever lose and get disappointed. It don't matter how beautiful/bad you are. It don't matter how GOOD you believe your p*ssy is. A man will still cheat on you and dog you out. What's worse is you'd be left with a baby and be a baby mama with no support. You want a man who is worthy and that will take some time.

I agree, but it all boils down to

weight loss =more calories used than taken in.
Muscle gain = Tons of protein.

Calorie counting is the best way to balance weight loss, once you realize that you have about 1800 calories for a day (as a man) and things like ONE soda takes up 250 and a candy bar takes up 250 and now you only have 1300 left for an entire day its easier to put things in perspective and see how and why its so easy to be over weight.

Just don't let articles and media fool you.

( you can't spot weight loss)
(muscle building does help you burn more calories in the long run but you'll still gain weight or hover around the same wild building muscles)

Look at it as a life long change and not a diet.

It takes months to see results, but whatever you do, do it consistently and make it a habit.

Pro tip, don't jump into the gym life and try and over lift or push yourself. So many people screw themselves up long term lifting wrong or to much weight.
Thats the thing for me. Making better food choices and Being consistent with working out or walking daily. Im trying tofigure if its better for me to get skinny and then build muscle or....

Lol anyone remember this flick?

That movie was terrible:mjlol::mjlol:
