I got my hotep spoken word poetry spot on sundays at apache cafe. I got my lit saturday night on edgewood ave. I need something to do on Fridays

I got hella festivals and parades planned out this year. I'm gonna hit all concerts for my favorite artists. I'm gonna get more involved with my campus life.

I wanna do some trips this summer. What else should I do?

I'm trying to force myself to go to more local events. I gotta make this effort. I'm tired of letting thing pass me by and missing the opportunity to make a connection. I dont have anything to lose honestly.

That was probably rebellion. I don't see Anti AA slander here like yall talk on. I see anti Blackness in general at times. But I also see the over compensation with it as well: anti light skin, rehearsed pro Black posts obviously for daps/rep. To be Pro Black, you must be homophobic, misogynistic, transphobic, anti White (unless it's a Black man fukking a white woman and impregnating her).

PAWG is definitely a joke from when I first signed up. I cant believe so many people didint catch on. The word was so misused it became a joke that every white woman was a PAWG. Joke is played out now

Nope. There is general anti blackness like always but Islanders and Africans taking shots at AA's was definitely a thing. You don't see it anymore because we came through and shut the shyt down. They'd even diss is using our own vernacular, in our domian on a site that centers around our culture. I ain't even mad at the tribalism but why in the hell would you speak that shyt on a site that centers around AA culture? I don't get it . Imagine if I went on Somali spot and stated talking down on Somali, how dumb would that look?

I notice it all the time. I found it weird how when I told the forum about myself, all of a sudden it was: 'I knew it! What woman shows off her body? What woman would put up her breasts in her avatar or her legs?' I was like 'Damn. Yall are so repressed you can't show your legs or breasts in an avatar on a forum within the internet that you pay for? That sux.' I actually felt bad for the ladies.
