R.I.P grandma,

I will forever miss you! I love you so much. You were a good woman that helped out so many people in need even though you didn't have much. But you still do. That takes heart and I will forever be greatful to you.

On top of that I have to go to work today. Hearing heartbreaking news when you just woke up is a terrible combination.

Meeting with this realtor today and hopefully I'll be able to be a transaction coordinator for his team. He said they close on about 50 properties per month, but are looking to grow. First meeting was just an hour, but today he asked me back for 2 hours. So that's a good sign. I'm concerned about how I'm going to get paid though. People charge a fee for each contract they provide services for, so I hope they don't hit me with some bogus hourly salary.

My friend is looking to start a business and I told her I could basically manage the back-end piece of the business, like basic organization and scheduling. The target date is end of July and I'm kind of excited. This definitely aligns with what I'm looking to do overall so having some actual experience and not just a bunch of dreams will be helpful.

Because they aren't entitled to shyt. Hell, they are even lucky to even get what they are getting and they still take it for granted like it'll always be there for them when it may not be tomorrow. They forget that though. Sad. And they expect people to throw the pity party hearing about how they don't get what they want. Hence the key word want. After a certain age, if someone has that mentality, it's safe to say that they maybe need to go through a hardship or two to learn something about life.

Yeah I don't like doing last business at the last minute. My mother has a very bad habit of doing that.
