My sister got into a accident, but a company towed her car while she was out of it and now they want 200 to get it out. How do you te someone's car without permission. The police didn't even try to stop it.

Same thing happened to me. Except it was $50 a day to have my totaled car on their lot and we have to pay to get it towed to the house.
