When I do research on certain things it's like I have to be able to comprehend/retain information in small amounts (especially if I'm not interested in the subject) or otherwise it's like being overwhelmed with information all at one time. I go through this with reading books as well.
It's good that you like reading/research though.

How you do it is beyond me. Back in the days, would spend hours playing and would even skip lunch and dinner. Now it's like I have to take a breaks or will go on for days or even weeks not playing any video games.
