Man being a black man is fukking hard. I want to cry thinking about this dude I worked with today. He's legally blind, married, with kids and he's a dish washer. His job requires sight because being able to see hazards keeps him safe. His wife is in the hospital, he thinks he's going to get fired because the dish washers blame him for not being able to clean all the dishes. It's fukked up. He's like 40 something. A positive supportive hard working dude.

It breaks my heart somebody would try to take what little he has from him. Even if he did suck at his job attacking his livelihood is not cool. People are a$$holes. Black people should never take food out of the mouth of another black person. It hurts my heart to think about his life. He catches the bus and shyt. It's fukked up.

I'm going to put in a good word for him with my bosses' bosses.

What kind of shyt bag person would want to make his life harder? Even the white man stood up for him. But his own people are trying to take what little he has. It's sad as fukk man. I feel bad for both parties. fukk this world man.
