Man, fukk these Cable companies, they tried to hit my father up with some bullshyt.


Someone gave him another modem, their router is far from his entertainment room so the wireless signal is weak, so he decided to split the cable in his entertainment room that comes in for the cable box and run it like that. He went to activate it and they told him he'd have to pay an additional $50 a month for another internet line even though it was his own modem and not a leased one. They're basically telling him to get onto the street he needs to pay them to open up the door on a house they don't own.

I went and bought him a TP Link power range and installed it, they have 100mbps internet and he's getting almost exactly the same speed as other devices plugged directly into the router. Spectrum can suck my dikk

Next year, I'm seriously think I'm going to cut cable and find some alternatives because all I simply need is internet to do what I need to do. To me dealing with cable companies now is some BS.

What they trying to send you're dad through is BS.

It really is... the only reason I don't cut the cord now is because I'm in a 2 yr promotion plan with my provider. If you terminate early they want to add bunch of early termination charges to your bill. :imoutofhere1:

Yeah, man. I can see something is wrong by your messages and shyt. And no, man, if you're really hurting out here makes sure you say as much as you can. Thanks man but here's the sadder part, I'm used to actually feeling like this believe it or not. It's that there's different triggers and reasons which I don't feel comfortable discussing on here.

When I get like this, I tend not to do much but chill out. Nothing crazy. I never attempted suicide. I don't act out my pain except venting about it on here, listening to music and reciting the lyrics out loud while jumping into place, journal writing, weight lifting, positive thinking, being withdrawn and etc. I'm trying to find better ways of you know releasing my pain but those ways are a lot better than self destructive shyt obviously. My therapist has been helping me too.
