So in 2013 I'll be promoted to an assistant manager at my part-time job. Pay is good but I hate the staff. I'm going to find me a book about managing people and stuff like that. I think it will help me because I really don't know how to talk to people sometimes LMAO!

Yep. It's really only a part-time job as we're only open in the evenings on certain days of the week and weekends. It's not like I could put in a 40 hour a week because it's not really available.
