Had one of those life appreciation moments at work today. So I'm processing a fax for a medicine for a patient and I notice she had a double lung transplant. And the crazy thing was that she was just a year younger than me. I can't imagine to have to go thru that when she was in her mid twenties, she's 31 now. Now I can't say if it was from smoking cuz it could've been caused by something else but still. I remember dealing with asthma when I was little. Thank God it didn't get much worse. Learn to appreciate how blessed you are when you think about things like that.
