I try to workout in the mornings or at least take a walk starting no later than like 5 am. I’ll go to bed early, wake up like 2, BS until I get sleepy again which is normally the time I’m waking up. Then I’m either too tired to do any exercising or it drags ass because I’m sleepy. Annoying.It really is.
I went to bed like at 1 something am "last night" (early morning, however u wanna put it) and woke up at 6 in the morning.
