1. My kind heart and generous personality is most likely coming from hopes of reciprocity and earning love in return.
2. To redirect that energy towards myself. To value myself the way I yearn to be recognized, valued and even just considered by a loved one.
3. To advocate for and express my wants and feelings because they DO matter. Not to make myself smaller for the sake of others comfort.
