The issue is your moisturizer.
If you’re using the same brand you use during fall/winter you need to either use less or switch to a different product in the warmer months of the year.

Thing is with this same moisturizer I get oily in the colder months too just not as much.

Maybe you’re right

Didn’t put on any conditioner today & ya boy look like I went deep sea diving in Lake Oil

Edit; I do switch out between like 3 moisturizers but same results. Currently using ROC which prob ain’t the highest quality
