That’s some wild stuff to put on someone's medical records without verification.I have no idea, the doc is trying to give him the benefit of the doubt he misheard me when I was talking but tbh other than one center/network here that I usually use but it's a little far- I'm really not impressed with the care available. I let them run a test here too just in case (negative/non-reactive) and the doc is gonna call him to let him know to take that shyt off his notes.Let me see if I can sue fukk that
