I’m traumatized from growing up food insecure, when my son’s daycare report shows “All” for eating his lunch I’m slightly anxious I didn’t give him enough instead of that he really likes it, working on it -I tend to put more on his plate in general (but I don’t force him to eat it when he’s done).
