Nothing earth shattering, but I have been listening to deep melodic house music or lo-fi chill music in the background when doing things on my laptop,... rather than random podcasts throughout the day. Mood is better and stress level has been much lower.

The random ass yelling from SAS, Unc, Gil, etc., was driving me crazy at times, outside of other anxiety inducing topics youtube would throw in there in autoplay. I can't pay proper attention to half of that shyt anyway. Cut a lot of that shyt back, pause.
