I always marvel at the dudes who wear suits to work when you have old dudes in long polos and jeans, lmao. Anyone ever notice that the men dress up more than the ladies at work? I used to be one of the great dressing women, but I got too comfortable with working from home and also, putting on pounds - no I’m not fat, at all. I need to get back on my game. It’s just that, with all that’s going in the world, and my current mental state, I’m just not that into buying clothes. At all.

I dont wear suits to work but as an adult male though, wearing formal clothes shouldnt be a big deal.

This is kinda long but funny.

So I have a new update with the battle I am currently in with the the chick I previously told y'all about who got hostile with one of my direct reports.

We do not work for the same company. My company contracts with her company.

To make a long story short, one of my employees was having a safety issue, and I authorized that person to stop working and leave for the day which made her extremely upset.

It affected her numbers but not mine.

She got upset and was all in my supervisor's face.

I don't like the bytch anyway because she's terrible at her job and she always oversteps boundaries. She tries to act tough like somebody's scared of her cross eyed ass.

I'm a Scorpio so you know what time it is.

I decided not to go to HR because, again, we don't work for the same company and I had a feeling that they would try to sweep it under the rug. It is extremely hard to get a manager from this company Terminated but i'm on a mission.

So instead I went to her boss and hit him with some Howard University, corporate strategy. Basically instead of acting like a tattletail, I made him aware of the issue but made it seem like I had no intention of getting her in trouble and asked him to speak with her.

This is all a part of my master plan. I have every intention of getting this bytch fired. But I need to seem like the good guy in this situation.

She fell back a bit but she HATES me now.

Anyway she decided to get froggy again Friday with another one of my supervisors which is perfect because now I have more amo.

I'm a real life troll ya'll. I don't just do this online. Lol And I am very good at this shyt.

She sends me an email on my day off and I send her this nice but stern email telling her to not email me on my off day and to email my boss instead.

The bytch goes off on me in the email lmao. I love it.

So as soon as she sends me the email, I create a group message with her, her boss, and my boss asking for an additional manager to be present during meetings because of "continued miscommunication...and to ensure there is respectfully dialog."

:pachaha:You got the right one baby. I am many things but emotional and impatience aren't one of them.

Again, I made it seem like I'm not trying to get her in trouble. But just trying to protect my employees.

Her boss eventually ended up acknowledging the email and I could just tell by his short reply he was tired of her shyt.

My boss is always with my fukkery, so he was the one to reply to her boss and thank him which is perfect because it seems like this is a company issue not just a me and her issue.

Needless to say, those meetings with her stop completely and she's been walking on eggshells around all of my supervisors.

And I still have the fukked up email of her telling me off in my back pocket. I haven't showed it to her boss yet.

:pachaha:She's shookish. The next time she fukks up I'm filing 2 complaints (1 for the first incident, 1 for the next incident) and releasing the email. I'll make it so HR can't ignore the shyt.

Thread lightly bytch. You better leave me and mines alone. I don't play that shyt.
