I was reading this, people saying our (Austin) Lady Bird Lake serial killer is down there now. Bodies had been popping up pretty consistently there up until recently. “Jokes” but not really :wideeyedwhiteguyemoji:

Whoo, my big boy had a good bday, we celebrated him all weekend

It was hot as balls at SeaWorld so we did the baby shark show, had him ride the train with me, he was scared at first but then had fun once it got moving whoo my knees were hollering

Dinner at the restaurant Sat his actual bday was fun him trying calamari and he loved the restaurant rotating

Then early am run/play in the park and we met up with his friend/mom to have ice cream Sunday to give him his gift and chat, my son showed tf out- full on sprints to the back and then people’s kitchen I had to run and get him least the ice cream was very good

I actually managed to get some time from him to go see the Conjuring in the theater, I haven’t been to a movie in years, mom watched him talking bout “Ooh he is busy” Yeah I KNOW

About to get ready to take her to the airport in an hour. All told a great weekend, straight to school after our 2yo checkup as I collate my photos to pat myself on the back on social media

SF really has the most mid looking chicks of any city with above 800K people. To be honest, its the whole Bay Area by and large outside of a few pockets.

One my biggest pet peeves: people being overly chatty on the bus/train during the morning commute. Like please, just keep quiet or keep your voice down.

One of the things I prefer about European culture, they know how to use public spaces in such a way it doesn’t affect others (generally)

NYC is calling my name as the next place to move to but I feel I really only care to be there for like 18-24 months tops at this stage of my life.

SF/The Bay is expensive but outside of travel and housing, it’s not too far off a place like DC.

If I was in NYC I’d be spending waaaaaaay more on social activities compared to out here.
