Creatine is the truth!!! I've taken it on and off for a while. Really didn't notice anything with it until I really got in the gym.

Recovery time is almost nonexistent. I use to feel sore for 3 to 5 days after working out. Now, I barely feel sore at all and I never get muscle cramps which I would get all the time before.

I drink 1.5 liters of water a day.
